Maritime Employer's Liability

The Maritime Employers Liability policy typically provides coverage for an Insured’s employees while working on non-owned or operated vessels. Coverage placements are also available for employees whose duties on owned vessels are not to act as captain or crew.

Coverage is available for a wide variety of operations including, but not limited to:

  • Marine Construction
  • Drilling Work
  • Seismic Survey Work
  • Scientific research & Survey Work
  • Artisan Contractors Working Onboard Vessels While Underway
  • National Fisheries Observers

 

Minimum premium policies are also available for “if any” / contract only exposures.
